THE DIAGNOSTIC CONTRACT
Time becomes useful when dose and beverage mass are measured consistently. It does not prove evenness, extraction yield, or whether you like the coffee.
The receipt selects one next change and prints the variables to hold constant. Better, Same, or Worse then determines whether to keep, remove, or redirect that change.
The tool can calculate ratio and average flow. It cannot see the puck, measure dissolved solids, certify the machine, or detect channeling from a checkbox.
