What Espresso Receipt collects, why it is processed, where finder answers are stored, and the choices available to U.S. visitors.
Espresso Receipt does not require an account to use the finder. Your finder answers are stored in your browser so you can continue the experience; they are not a profile in an Espresso Receipt customer database. Like nearly every website, our hosting infrastructure receives technical request information needed to deliver and secure the service.
No login, no user profile, no payment checkout, and no sale of personal information are part of the launch service.
Budget, drink, workflow, space, and café-spend answers may be saved in local storage on your device to preserve a result.
Our hosting provider may process IP address, user agent, requested URL, timing, approximate region, and security signals in operational logs.
If you email us, we receive your address, message, attachments, and the information you choose to include.
Vercel Web Analytics and Google Analytics count page, finder, result, share, source, and outbound-product events. Speed Insights may measure web-vital performance when enabled. These events are designed not to include an email address, name, or payment data.
We may share information with vendors that host, secure, measure, or operate the service, subject to their service terms; when required by law or a valid legal process; or in connection with a business transfer. Retailers receive information under their own policies after you choose to visit their sites. We do not sell personal information. We do not knowingly share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising at launch.
Vercel states that its Web Analytics stores anonymized aggregate data without cookies and that Speed Insights is not tied to an individual or IP address. Review Vercel's current Web Analytics privacy documentation and Speed Insights privacy documentation.
Google Analytics receives measurement events and device, browser, referral, page, and approximate-location context to produce audience and acquisition reports. Google states that IP addresses are not logged or stored in Google Analytics. Google Analytics may set first-party measurement cookies; see Google's GA4 cookie documentation and privacy controls.
Browser-saved finder data remains on the device until it is cleared by you or the application. Hosting logs and analytics data are retained according to operational needs and provider or property settings. Email is retained as reasonably needed to answer the message, maintain a correction record, or meet legal obligations. We use reasonable safeguards, but no website or transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.
Rights vary by U.S. state. We will respond to verifiable requests as required by applicable law and may need information sufficient to confirm the request.
The service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. We may update this policy as features, providers, or legal requirements change. The revised version will carry a new effective or updated date. Material changes will receive reasonable notice on the site when appropriate.
