Corrections
Tell us about an error. See how we check it, fix it, and record changes that could affect a decision.
Tell us what looks wrong
Email hello@espressoreceipt.com with the page URL, the exact claim, and the correction you suggest.
If possible, include a link to the maker, seller, regulator, or another original source. Tell us the product version, stock keeping unit (SKU), region, and voltage when they apply.
What happens next
- We reproduce the issue and find each page, result, or calculation that uses the fact.
- We check the replacement fact against the strongest source for the exact U.S. version.
- We update the catalog or article and change its checked or updated date.
- We record a material correction when the error could change fit, rank, cost, safety, or a buying decision.
- We leave conflicts visible when the sources still disagree.
Which changes we record
A material correction changes an answer that could affect a purchase, fit, cost, or safety decision.
Examples include a wrong voltage, size, price basis, machine design, formula, or compatibility field.
A routine update can refresh an expired sale price, fix punctuation, or improve wording without changing the conclusion. Routine updates get a new checked or updated date. They do not appear in the material correction log.
