Acceptance and scope

By accessing or using Espresso Receipt, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service. The service includes the website, finder, calculators, editorial content, catalog, source ledger, share artifacts, and public data endpoints operated under the Espresso Receipt name.

Information, not a purchase guarantee

Espresso Receipt provides informational comparisons and modeled recommendations. It is not the seller, manufacturer, installer, electrician, technician, financial adviser, or warranty provider. Results are based on the information and assumptions shown and may contain errors, omissions, stale prices, variant conflicts, or incomplete operating dimensions.

Before buying, verify the exact SKU, voltage, circuit requirements, dimensions, operational clearance, accessories, price, stock, shipping, tax, warranty, and return policy with the manufacturer or seller. Follow all safety, water, installation, cleaning, and maintenance instructions for the exact equipment.

Modeled cost and break-even

Cost-per-drink and break-even outputs are estimates, not financial promises. Actual coffee, milk, water, energy, cleaning, repair, financing, tax, shipping, waste, resale, and café behavior will differ. A result does not promise savings, performance, merchant availability, or a particular useful life.

Third-party merchants and affiliate links

The service may link to third-party sites and may earn a commission from qualifying purchases. Third parties control their products, transactions, terms, policies, content, and availability. We are not responsible for a third-party purchase or site. A commercial relationship does not create an endorsement warranty. See the Affiliate Disclosure for the current standard.

Intellectual property and permitted use

Product names and trademarks belong to their respective owners. Underlying public facts remain attributable to the listed sources. Espresso Receipt's original writing, visual design, logo, receipt format, compilation, normalization, model logic, and software are protected to the extent permitted by law.

You may use the service for personal, noncommercial decision-making and share result artifacts produced by the service. You may quote limited excerpts with attribution and a link. You may not republish substantial portions, remove notices, misrepresent data as your own testing, bypass technical limits, interfere with the service, introduce malicious code, or use automated access in a manner that degrades availability. Public endpoints may be referenced reasonably with attribution; bulk commercial reuse requires permission.

Disclaimer and limitation

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of accuracy, completeness, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, noninfringement, availability, or results. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Espresso Receipt and its operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, savings, or goodwill arising from use of the service or a third-party product. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so those exclusions may not apply to you.

Changes, availability, and contact

We may update, suspend, or discontinue features and may revise these Terms. The updated version will show a new effective date. Continued use after a revision means you accept the revised Terms to the extent allowed by law. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect.
