What should I include in my setup budget?
Count the machine, grinder, sales tax, and required items such as a scale, tamper, milk pitcher, cleaning supplies, and water treatment. Add shipping and optional upgrades when they apply.
How much should I spend on the grinder?
There is no fixed split. The calculator shows your machine and grinder amounts without saying that one split is correct. Your drink style, basket type, and upgrade plans matter more than a fixed percentage.
